2011 entrants found themselves getting very hot and sweaty in the Gym at Waldegrave School, Twickenham on Saturday and then had to endure the cold outside to cope with a serious of "Command Tasks" designed by former Atlantic oarsman Roger Gould to make them think "out of the box".
